So im gunna make a custom exhaust just having a difficult time finding the right tips. I would like to go with quad but just cant seem to find the perfect tips. I had done a custom exhaust on my 09 ralliart with quads and loved it but the tips were just a tad to big and slightly melted the bumper, I can get them again but I want some input from you guys on good sites and tips.

Maybe just a wholesale metal company and then have them cut by a local fab guy unless your looking for pretty tips? Then maybe pep boys lol

 

RRE's Exhaust Systems is a popular choice for custom systems (they're Magnaflow). I would e-mail them and see if they can do a quad tip exhaust.
