catback choice?

Which catback system i am going to purchase
Cnt Rs burnt tips catback or Megan Oe Rs.
Both are cheap and looks nice but how is fitment and quality?Maybe both are crap and should look for something better quality. I want a quiet exhaust.

id go with the cnt, lots of people seem to be pretty happy with them

I have the Megan. Fits fine, sounds nice, doesn't break the bank. I haven't had any problems with it.

let me ask a question if i remove the catalyst converter from my stock exhaust will i encounter any problems with my fq 300 sst. i just to know before i damage anything.

You will most likely throw a code from your rear 02 sensor since it will be reading too much exhaust flow. That can easily be fixed with a spacer or it can be disabled.

I stated with the cnt rs and i loved it help up for the 2 years i had it no rust or anything.. i only switched to ultimate racing because at the time it sound seemed different but now that i own it sounds the same

I've had my megan for 3 years now, great exhaust, fit out of the box.

Anyone that has this exhaust able to make a video of the sound? And close ups of the fitment?

A coworker of mine got an ETS V2 quiet, and the Megan ios definitely smoother and quieter than that. He has a HFC and I have a test pipe, my car is still significantly quieter and the exhaust sounds like a steady tone, where as his still sounds like a series of explosions..

The megan exhaust has a resonated midpipe to help with drone and noise unlike the cnt.

Out of the two I would choose the CNT, personally. I like the fitment, sound, look - all for a reasonable price.

look into ultimate racing exhaust, price , quality & sound are excellent.

I have to say as far as customer service goes ETS is over the top. The quality welds on the downpipe alone told me enough that everything I will buy will be through them. Just a little bit of my .02.
