FQ400 Exhaust Options + Rear License Plate Mount

Not that I have one but, I'm wondering, for people who get the FQ400 Rear Bumper and Diffuser for their USDM Evo's, how do they handle the centre exhaust and the license plate mount?

I searched this, found the place in England Ross Sport that sells the bumpers can also get the exhaust. I spoke to Ross the owner.
Also indigo-gt.com is another connection.
Did you ask the place you got the bumper if the exhaust is available too?
Or go to a exhaust shop that specializes custom work.
Also maybe a metal fabricator shop to fabricate the tip.
