I don't mind helping out here, but come on, at least check eBay.

Your cloth options currently on eBay:
EDIT: If you currently have cloth seats, the rear Recaro seat is 100% identical, so you only need the fronts. That means you're only looking at about $1500, not 2 grand.

$1999 free shipping front and rear no rips/blown airbags:

$699-799 passenger seats, free shipping, no blown bags:

$749 driver seat, free shipping, no blown bags:

Just get eBay mobile and save a search for "Evo X Recaro" with a price of at least $300 (to weed out the stickers and whatnot) and turn alerts on. Voila! instant updates on Recaros for sale!

If we don't mind, let's not turn this into an "I NEED SEATS" thread. The seatbelt swap info is helpful and I don't want to clutter it up and make it a WTB thread. (I know, I'm not helping either here.)

Thanks for links man but I have leathers. This means I'd need a full leather seat to match rears. If not, i'd need all cloth which is 2k not bad i guess for the first cloth set. I did find 1/2 1/2 ones that are also good shape. I'll post up after I get a pair and install

Just depends on where you're looking and how much effort you put into finding what you want. I found a set of cloth Recaros that were in mint condition for the price of one seat...deals are out there it just depends on how hard you try to find them.

Try EBay, Facebook pages like Evo Classifieds and such, CL, here, etc.

Pic of mine to stay on topic a bit lol and since I kept forgetting to post one up. I'll get more pics of you'd like!

Where you able to reuse the stock seat brackets and sliders when installing?

You reuse your stock sliders for the Recaros, basically swap everything from the stock seat to the Recaros for no CELs. Its super easy. Hardest thing about the swap is not scratching the hard plastic.

THIS. What a pain in the butt. That and not snapping any clips on the plastic covers that go over the bolts that hold the seats in the cabin.
