I'm currently running some 265/35 nt05's on some 18x10 rota grids. I havent gone back to the dragstrip with the new power yet but when I do i want to have a better tire setup.

From what I can tell the best bang for the buck seems to be to buy some used gsr rims along with some new 18" drag radials. Any other ideas or suggestions on drag radials?

 

I usually run nt05s or hankook rs-3s at the strip on stockies and never had a problem hooking

 

^^ with how much power? Or are you just working on getting that post count up? :-)

 

You could just get some 17 inch rims and then get some hoosier drag radials. And then you will for sure have less traction problems. Also how much power are you putting down?

 

I run a 700hp on a dynojet and yes Im trying to get my post count up lol
