I recently scored a full leather, heated Recaro from a '12 MR for $400 shipped to replace the ****ty stock seat in my '15 MR. The only catch is that the airbag was deployed.

I was planning on just getting the seam stitched up and hooking up a resistor to emulate the airbag, though I've been kicking around the idea of finding a replacement bag to put in.

Has anyone ever replaced the airbag in one of these seats? I've tried searching for just the bag itself, but my efforts have been fruitless.

I would look for a wrecked one at a junkyard or something and pull it from there.

Besides the dealer, IDK where you would find it.
