Has anybody ordered anything directly from there site? How long does it usually take to receive it? I placed an order yesterday but it didn't include any details on when it would ship or an ETA on when it would arrive.

 

My experience with them is really good. I ordered my exhaust from them and I got it within a week but I'm in Vancouver so maybe longer for the US. I also have some concern about my order and emailed him about it and within a day I got a reply. Did you try calling them? Maybe the reason why you didn't get a any detailed reply is your payment hasn't been processed yet??
