any ideas? nada says 25k

clean title, 31k miles
avery nano fusion clear bra
all service records

i'll be putting her back to stock before selling it private or back to sam so i should have a bunch of parts for sale afterwards

reason: we had just picked up a suv and she got laid off. going to sell the evo to pay off the suv and some of her bills in case she can't find anything anytime soon.
can't fit 4 people and 3 dogs in the evo fellas

There are 3 Evo Xs on Cars.com in your general area. One is a GSR with 53k miles at a dealer for $27k. $25-26k private party seems about right for your car.

I'd say about $27 since yours has half the miles of the dealer one.

That seems fair, but could always list it a little higher since it's completely bone stock and you have service records. You never know what your getting with used Evo's from dealerships.

if you want to sell fast, 25K for a 2010 would be perfect.

Are you in California?

I just sold my 2010 WW GSR SSS last week.
My car was 100% stock but I had 69xxx miles on the odometer. I put it up for $25K (private Party) and no one called. Carmax offered me 19K for it. Eff that noise.
After tons of low ball offers, I sold it for high 23's.

Just keep your expectations in check. Low mileage will help, but don't expect anything over 25/26ish. No one is going to buy it for 30.

Good luck.
