Charging systrem malfunction after clutch swap

Hello, This past week I swapped the clutch on my evo, and ever since the charging system service required light has been on. I've checked the wiring and it seems fine, no fuse able links have been blown, however when the car is running the voltage off the postivie is only at 12.2, so it almost seems the alternator went bad. When measuring the voltage off the alternator it reads around 2.4 with teh car on and 10 with it off, is this a sign of a bad alternator? Or anything else it could be?

check the ground wire on the alt, you may have loosened it when doing the clutch

Welp figured it out, somehow the positive wire going from the alt to the fuse block was loosened so it was just barely making a connection but not enough to charge the battery, tightened it up and all fixed
