Trading In?
Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I basically need a few questions answered.
I recently bought a 2016 Tacoma and it doesn't really fit my needs. I was thinking about trading it in for an Evo X, but the MSRPs in my area are 45k-47k (Final Edition) Also, I still owe money on the Tacoma so is it okay to trade it in? Bought directly from the dealer.
Thanks in advance!

You can trade it in but you will take a hit on it. Your best bet is to sell your truck first, then go in and get the car. When you trade in you lose a couple thousand that gets added to the note of the car. Also that is crazy high for the car in my opinion, expand your search radius and find someone more willing to deal on the car.

Set it on fire yell mahallo and toss it in the ocean. (after removing all fuel, fluids, and the battery so you don't hurt any fishiez)
You're in a tight spot... I think the reality is that you will lose a lot on this trade however you manage it, so I would just keep the truck for a year or two then see about getting something else or a nice used EVO.
I hate adult decisions as this one is turning out to be, but I think you're kind of screwed unless you're rich then just trade in the car, take the hit, and roll any negative equity into the car.
Good luck!

Evo is expensive
I don't know what the running costs for a tacoma or whatever you have is,but the costs of running an Evo will be much higher, the car is not that expensive in the grand scheme of cars but the maintenence is expensive, even if you DIY everything parts are not cheap.I am not joking.
