When should you get a pro tune

I just bought a ETS intake in which I hear I don't need a tune right away but a guy is selling a down pipe and catless test pipe I get them and install should I tune the car right away?

Intake you can wait until you install more mods, especially with the ETS intake due to the fact it retains the OEM maf housing. The test pipe you'll need a tune right away. Personally I would get a 3 port boost controller as well for $100. Intake, test pipe, and 3 port and the three best bang for buck mods on the X

I suggest you find a shop and a pro tuner and build a relationship. Get the intake installed, tune the car, and then, as you make changes continue to have them update the tune. They usually have a program to support an ongoing relationship. That way, if any issues come up, they'll be able to sort them out quickly. Also, the quality of the team will be much higher, as it will be more specific to the car, your environment, and your driving style.
