Just got my Diamond White FE

The seats are anywhere near as bad as I thought they were going to be. They are definitely not Recaros, but they are tolerable for a sports car. I don't hate them like I thought, so I can get by while I wait for the right seats to come my way.

With that being said, I feel like the gearing is different than my '11 GSR was. Something feels strangely different when it comes to drivability. My all time favorite Evo that I owned was my 08 X MR. I feel like this is that car without the SST/Recaros but peppier. I'm stoked

Well starting with the transmission, I feel like it's geared differently than my '11 GSR. I need to drive it according to Jack's gear ratio chart. I may just be confused a bit going from '11 GSR -> IX MR SE -> '15 FE

The car is WAY quieter than my X GSR was. Did they add the extra sound deadening to the FE? Overall it feels smoother power curve and a bit smoother on the road. Who knows, I could just be imagining not being able to drive them back to back, but my GSR drove me bonkers at times.

Well they have a different tune than the regular GSR/MR, and it has all the MR suspension stuff so it should feel smoother than your '11 GSR. It's all the add ons of an MR trim, but the manual tranny from the GSR, plus a little extra power/torque. I haven't heard great things about the tune though, so it may be worth it to go and get some parts+tune when you get the time.
