Reinforcing Front Bumper when using SSP Undertray
Has anyone had to reinforce their front bumper while using the SSP Undertray? I ran into a problem yesterday while taking the evo out on a long stretch.
After I got home and looked over the car, I noticed that both sides of my front bumper were sticking out a little bit. I'm talking about the left and right end of the bumper where you just snap it in place next to the wheels (I just pushed them back in with my palm and all was good). I also noticed that my ssp undertray had pulled down and snapped the center cream colored part of the bumper that it bolts up to in the middle. The front section of the undertray was hanging about an inch off the ground. I'm assuming this is all due to the wind resistance at high speeds.
Has anyone done any kind of reinforcement work to the front bumper to keep it stable at high speeds?

I've got the SSP undertray and haven't had any issues. Jeremy used the undertray on the SSP Time Attack Evo X and I'm pretty sure that's the extreme the tray will be exposed to, and never heard any issues with it. I'd just suggest rechecking your bolts and use a bit of thead lock on the front ones.

AMdragon831 The
only thing I hit was the wind/resistance at 170 mph. Yes I"m lowered on Eibach
but I didn't see anything on the road that I may have passed over
