Flat towing Evo X MR?

Made an account just so this can be answered, your help is appreciated.
I can't seem to find the answer after much digging.

Just like the title asks, can I flat tow (all wheels on ground) my MR for a short distance, around 2 miles?
If it can be I am assuming it has to be turned on and in neutral.

not even once, no, never.

Flatbed only. Transmission costs around 12k to replace so never risk it ever.

So what's the difference between flat towing and rolling the car in neutral?

When you're rolling that in neutral it's going about 3mph...

This is assuming the car is on, which means the pumps are lubricating, the systems are moving in sync, and everything is functioning the way it should.
When you move these parts while the car is off, bad things happen.

I mean I cant see why on all four wheels it would be bad, although I would just rather eat the 100 buxs for the tow to be safe, but its your car do what you want and if you think it will work then have it.

I believe it also states that in the owners manual about the proper way of getting it towed.

Not much digging...it states in your owners manual the proper way to tow the car.

Idk why you are so quick to bash. The manual does not specify if flat towing should or shouldn't be done. It does state that 2 wheels on the ground shouldn't be done though.

You can try flat towing it and letting us know what happened.
