Not finding any pics online to see how much taller it is than stock. I think the resemblance to a certain "personal well being" apparatus turned some people off.

I think I would try my hand at wrapping this with leather.

LOL! Yaaaaa I would not want this as my shifter due to the design resembling what you're referencing.

I run a Torq solutions shift extender with a Flossy heavyweight knob and love it. I also run the TWM short shifter with cage and bushings.
