Yeah I want to know this too. I'm going to switch to Royal Purple motor oil and need to reset my oil light or reset my oil timer.

In the Navi, go to Info, Maintenance, and hit "Update" on the section where it says Oil, etc...Make sure you do this everytime you change anything or perform any kind of listed maintenance.

Worked for me.

The one on the dash? Hold the info button for 5 seconds
The Navi? Go to menu/info and update.

Yeah, its in the manual.

You have to have the key in the off position! If you don't, it won't work. Toggle the info button to the display that shows the wrench. When you get there, press and hold for a few seconds until the wrench blinks. When it does, release it for a moment, then press it again to reset the system to 5100 miles.

The dealer can up the interval for you for the computer to warn, but I change my oil at 3000 anyway, so I just reset it this past weekend.

Is there a way to go backwards with the PERIODIC INSPECTION?
I accidently pressed the button twice and it doubled the mileage and month.
I would like to set it back to 5 months, 5000 miles, not 15 months, 15,000 miles.
Or I would have to go the dealer for this?
(I just recently hit 3000 miles on the car.)

i found this

HOW TO SET THE SCHEDULE
1. Turn the ignition switch to the "OFF" position.
2. By operating the meter information switch, the warning period is displayed on the multi information display.
3. Press the meter information switch once for 1.2 seconds or longer.
4. The service reminder indicator flashes.
5. While the service reminder indicator flashes, press the meter information switch 3 times consecutively for 1.2 seconds or longer.
6. The service reminder indicator is turned ON, and the current schedule is displayed on the multi information display.
7. While the current schedule is displayed, press the meter information switch 3 times consecutively for less than 1.2 seconds.
8. The multi information display is shifted to the schedule selection mode.
9. When the meter information switch is pressed for less than 1.2 seconds, the schedule is shifted, and when the switch is pressed for 1.2 seconds or longer, the displayed schedule is set.
10. The schedule set in Step 9 is displayed for 3 seconds, and the warning period to the next time is displayed.
okay, now i got a question.

i just reset mine, but instead of showing miles over months, it only shows how many months til the service reminder shows up, is there a way i can fix that? it bugs me that its only showing the months so yeah please help me >.<
