Headlights uneven. Any way to level one?

be very careful when adjusting your headlights. Many states have limits and if you are blinding drivers you can get pulled over for it. it's only an annoying fix it ticket, but do you want to spend several hours getting it cleared up.

Now I just need a screwdriver long enough to go all the way down to reach the light
