Does anyone has a step-by-step procedure available?

 

Check with Forced Peformance website, they even have a video(s), but this is a sort of open question. Forge uses different springs.... ect. ect.

I've never done one. But I would think that you would need to take the turbo off completely for this. Since you have that adjustable arm, you have to adjust it off the car to make sure the wastegate stays close.
