Increasing turn signal ticking sound?

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried to increase the turn signal "tick tick ..." sound?

I find that the lancer turn signal sound is a bit low and have driven for a few minutes with it still on before realizing it.

I changed mine to the other sound. It IS annoying at first but you get used to it. I kept it because it is a little louder, but not by much.

Options menu? Holy cow, had the car for nearly a year and this is the first I heard of that. I guess I should have read the manual. LOL

semi off topic: Have you guys done a turn where you would expect the turn signal to pop back off but it doesn't? I tend to get that when I take a turn a bit faster, as if the AYC helps take the turn and the steering wasn't enough to trigger it lol

And since the sound is pretty quiet, I tend to not notice that it didn't trigger 'til like a mile later haha

did you know if you just tap the turn signal in either direction (ie. changing lanes) it bliks 3 times
you dont have to ingage it just nudge it left or right

Yeah. But i've found that the stalk is so darn sensitive that if you tap it just a little too hard, it engages fully.

Is this only on the 2010 models? I went through the options menu a couple times before and never saw that option available.

Don't know, don't have a 2008 to try it out on. Anyone?
