Swapping MR Chrome Trim to GSR Black Trim

Can someone please tell me if the GSR trim is supposed to come with the white clips similar to the MR? Because mine didn't, although in test fitting they seem to fit fine.
In addition I noticed that the GSR window trim lacked a second layer of moleskin (on the rubber and below the visible rubber) water protection like the MR has for the quarter window for the back doors. Is this normal?
