Go to a local sign shop and have them cutout some vinyl circles. Hopefully they have a color close to Octane Blue.

Please dont "cover" up the holes. I think a wingless evo can look great, but get a wingless trunk (originally). Odds are you spent a decent/alot on your evo including buying it and aftermarket parts. I think its kind of half-assin' it to be honest. Spend the extra cash now and it'll look great, and i bet u'll be glad that you did it that way. Its not like its a 240 or something. LOL

its not half assing it when you want to go wing less and put plugs in, i dont want a whole new trunk for my car, so i put plugs in and it gives me the option of putting the wing on later.

Get a 1" dot punch from a scrapbooking store and get some scrap vinyl from a decal store.

I put my stock low wing back on and had to use 3M white tape to cover a couple of holes that the previous owner drilled in the trunk to install a SSS carbon fiber wing.

^This looks pretty good, maybe I'll try this. I can't decide if I like the wingless look better than the SSS wing that I have on the car right now. I'm not usually a big spoiler guy, but I think the SSS wing looks good.

looks o.k. 'till i fill the holes and re-paint the lid.
