It turned out to be my TurboXS exhaust that was rattling.

I talked to them (TurboXS) on the phone and they sent me a new exhaust right away. Installed it and the rattle was gone

Sorry for the delay but I have been swamped with work. Finally got my new afr and a new boost gauge. I installed the boost gauge 2 weeks ago but never got around to the afr yet. I was just bored tonight so I jacked up the car to see if I can solve this rattle and idk how I skipped(forgot about) over this every other time I checked for it but I remembered I poked a hole into the heat shield(I believe that what it is) to zip down the o2 sensor so it wouldn't touch the exhaust. I happened to flick the heat shield and with the zip tie and the heat shield against each other it made a noise pretty damn close to what I have been hearing(which is problem much louder with the exhaust vibration). I removed the zip tie and used the clip going into the cabin to help secure the line better. I only really hear it in a alley anymore so I was going to take a test drive real quick but no alleys around me. I will test it tomorrow and update it. As I figured it was a install error on my part.

I have a rattle noise when i start my car and its first thing and cold. I think its my DP hitting the bar above it im not sure what the bar is i think i might just have to tightin the DP and that will get the rattle to go away.

You could look for wear spots on the dp or tp. If it is rubbing it should show some sort of sign on either the tp or dp for me there was nothing so I am assuming it was the zip tie. But yes check bolts it could be the issue

hey guys gonna resurrect this thread really quick.

So i just installed my ETS Test pipe and now i have the TP Rattle. im running what you see in my sig with the TP added.

the rattle presents itself when decelerating to low RPMs and accelerating while in low RPM. Also, its super obvious when im at a stop and the A/C is on.

im gonna get under the car soon and adjust what you guys have been saying, but did any of you have the issue when the A/C was on?

Never heard of this problem. What downpipe and catback do you have on the vehicle? Hopefully it's something not tightened down correctly. If you need any help let me know.

can you send me a pic of the installed test pipe to sales@extremeturbosystems.com and I will take a look at the setup. Take a picture showing how close it is to the driveshaft.

Should look similar to this.

Thanks!

I'm having this issue also, it's not a big deal but just annoying. My set up is
Ets 02dump downpipe + Ams test pipe + Greddy Ti-c.
I cut off some of my heat shield thinking it might help but it's still there while accelerating in from low rpm in high gears. I have to raise the car and see what's going on.
