I think I might try some dynomat spray when I get back to the states next week... mmm POS rattles...

those are 2 bolts on the regulator that keeps the glass tight in the channel. I can see why they'd make noise....glass rattling against metal.

Where are these bolts??? I've tighten every possible bolt I can find, maybe I missed these.

you didn't miss them, the bolts in the TSB you posted are the regulator.
