Trim bump stop for springs?

So I just got my eibach pro kit in the mail And I'm going over the instructions it came with. It's telling me I'm going to have to trim the bump stops that are on the car? Do I really have to do this? Wouldn't this screw **** up if I ever wanted to put the stock springs back on the car? If its a must does anyone know where I can get another set of bump stops

Follow the directions included. For the Eibach Prokits you do need to trim the bumpstops. If you were to go back to stock springs this won't hurt anything.

Trimming them will not effect it if you go back to stock, but you may feel it if you don't trim them. Eibach is a solid product and they do a lot of testing and research. Trim em' per the instructions.
