Can't locate side passenger seatbelt bracket and airbag question

Hi I'm new to the evo x and the car came without seats. so i got seats that had blown airbags and had been sown up. the guy included the yellow pigtails with the resistors on them. Now i understand that once the seats have been removed the light comes on but can i take it to the dealer to get the light off? i looked at all the threads and i didn't find the exact answer i wanted. next is i for the life of me cannot find where the seatbelt screws into. the driver goes into the b piller but the passenger doesnt have a spot. i know this is stupid but if someone can post a pic it would help a lot. i didnt seem to see it on the seat and i know im just missing it also would that contribute to the airbag light? thanks

The passenger seat belt is bolted into the seat itself.

Not sure why you would go to the dealer. Did the guy install new airbags on the seat? If not then there is nothing to calibrate and there aren't any airbags in them.

ok, I'll look on the seat further. no, there isnt airbags in them but the airbag light is still on. I tried clearing it out by disconnecting the battery but that didnt work. so how is the light turned off? arent the resistors supposed to turn the light off?

The resistors should if you have the right ones. its pretty much like installing aftermarket seats now without those airbags.

He gave me two of these. (wrapped in tape, took off the tape for pic)

I plugged them and installed the seats. light was still on. diid the battery disconnect and nothing happened. remember the light was already on because seats where already out of the car when i got it.
