Took the Reflectors out of the headlights
I disassembled my headlights with the intention of painting the insides black. Unfortunately, due to the way they are set-up inside it was going to require a lot of masking and such; Things I simply didn't have the time or the patiences to do tonight. So instead, I just removed the amber reflectors. Let me know what you think...I'm not sure If I like it or not...Excuse the missing front lip, I haven't had a chance to put it back on yet.

The hardest part of the disassembly was removing the front bumper. I didn't have any instructions or anything so I spent a good deal of time figuring out where all the bolts and fasteners for the bumper were. I would like to put a clear reflector in there but, I'm not sure where I would find one. The headlights were baked for 12 mins at 275 degrees.

I think it's amber plastic. I'll rub some acetone on it to see what happens just in case. Maybe I'll have the reflector smoked and throw it back in.

My customers and others will tell you I am not one to be concerned with cosmetics at all - I prefer to have the motor bay and underneath be the cleanest part of a car BUT that looks absolutely fantastic and best of all, it's free (assuming one's time is worth nothing)!
