That's my Evo that my friend posted, I see you guys like it, that's good, I got berated by the socalevo guys, glad some people like it.

The VG is by Vortekz, I ordered it off ebay for less than $25, beats the hell out of spending $400 for the oem one, no joke.

As for the badge, I also bought it off ebay, for about $35, but it comes with the "Evolution VIII", "Evolution IX", and "Evolution X" badge, all I did was just use the IX stencil that it came with, and didn't put on the "I"

Here's some clearer pictures.

iamaiun- thanks for the info man, those VG's are PERFECT. Why spend the money for that row of VG's when it looks SO out of place and not flush with the roofline? wouldn't that in reality, mess up the airflow over the top?? lol.

these are just knock offs, so i followed the bolt holes. I dont plan on getting anything auth til i can do it all at the same time, so for the time being these will do just fine. I can say though that I sure as hell got what I paid for, but not much I can do til work picks back up.

Edit: Anyone know of a vendor that sells cf parts for the hood bonnets? Just looking for the two vents not the scoop. Found a set im looking to pick up

Edit: lol just went outside to check to see if i really would be stupid enough to install it upside down, but im glad that wasnt the case. So these knock offs were just designed to be upside down.

Edit: This guy has the same skirts installed the exact same way Thats the company I bought mine from.

[quote=Daskid;7295693]hey thanks for the info. How's the quality of the VG?

The quality is fine, not bad for about $25. It really comes down to the paint you use, and placement, material isn't really important. I screwed up on mine, the angles were off so I took them off and just ordered another set. I'm going to put only 8 this time, and also make them perfect and make them look as much as the oem one as possible.
Let me know if you need anything else.

You sure? If you flip them over and move them to the other side, the holes should also line up......maybe the vender also has them upside down.

Well they're actually hollow on the other side, it cuts off right were the lip visibly ends in the pic. They probably just did it that way for looks more than anything, all I know is my car was naked before without it. lol in any case it'll work out until i can pick up either the cwest kit or the valdi sport.

Edit: These look to be put on the same way
