Do you need an entire HID kit even when you have the SSS package? or can you just buy bulbs.

From the pictures you posted, the street looks better illuminated with fewer shadows/hotspots using the factory foglights...?

Yes. The stock fog light bulbs do not have the HID Digital Controller or Amplifier.

AcrhieBabes,

Did you have to do any fender rolling to make the 18x9.5 fit without any issues?

I'm currently rolling on the AME TM02 19x9.5 +22 Offset rims with 275/35/19 rubber.

I have to roll my rear and remove the front fender liners and bend the metal tabs on the front fenders.

You can buy the 6000k bulbs. But it is not a TRUE HID system. It will not be as bright.

Oh, I had asked about the 18x9.5s because I was thinking about going with that set up and wondered if you came across any problems when you did it....thanks.

No problems. But I would roll the rear fenders because it was rubbing when going fast on dips and bumps with 275/35/18 tire size.

The camera settings or exposure is wrong. That is why the stock fog lights looks brighter. But when you look at the fog lights with the HID where it hits the road it is much brigher and have more light intensity on the road.

I will take better pictures soon for a better comaparison.
