The Ultimate Aggressive Wheel Thread... Evo X Style

ive been told to go with 265/35 but ive seen alot of posts that sound like maybe 245 is a better choice. i dont mind stretching the tire, but i seriously dislike the rim poking out super stretched look.
if anyone has any recommendations i would appreciate it, but please tell me why you suggest what you suggest. i also dont mind getting a new alignment with new camber adjustments, but i would prefer to not roll my fenders. with you guys running the 1.5-2.0 camber, whats mileage are you getting from your tires before you replace? if you also have a brand you suggest, id like to hear some input on that as well, and ive seen the posts that claim different brands actually size their tires slighty different. anyone running this same setup with same springs id love to hear from. thank you!

Funny thing how from forum to forum, each car community has different opinions on stretch. On the xB forum 215 on a 9-9.5 is perfect light stretch fitment. 205 on a 8 is squared. On the Evo X forum a 245 on a 9.5 is hella stretched and 285 on a 9.5 is squared. Oh how tire fitment differs between car forums and car types.

Obviously it depends on the tire make, but it shouldn't be a matter of opinion at all. Wheels are measured in inches and tires are measured in millimeters. If the wheel and tire are true to size, you do the math you can immediately say whether the tire will be square, stretched, or bubbled. Even if they're not true to size, just measure and you'll know.
It's similar to what's flush or not. 18x9.5+23 or 24 is precisely mathematically flush on an Evo, but everyone's opinion as to what's flush is different.
