You should be okay with a rear fender roll and a little bit of camber all around... a very popular size for the evo x's are 18x10.5 like you mentioned and people have hardly any problems fitting them. my first set of wheels will be 18x10.5.. good luck

Went from 10.5 +12 on a 275/35/19 tire ( FirstPic )... To a 285/35/19 (second pic) fits nice and snug.
