Let him enjoy his latest mods people.

My father told me once about this;
There are 2 kind of rich people.

1 = The one who like to show off their $$, wealth, richness and so on.

1 = The one who does not like to show off their richness, because others already know they are rich, like Gates? =)

Enjoy your intake my friend, again.

LOL to all the people who say they're going to buy a 300$ intake and make their own housing. Hope you guys have a degree in mechanical engineers or rocket science. Oh, and a dyno to access for hours and hours of R&D. Good day.

Congrats Tomato I was going to post earlier, but I was a little jealous to be honest!

Tomato san,

Thanks for sharing your cool buy with all.

I would have gone for the same setup myself if I have the dough in my pocket. So it's cool.

Coming from a land where the Evo X 5MT costs about US$90,000-96,000, $1,800 for a super cool looking CF intake is relatively easy to stomach.

Personally, I would really like to see more of the stuff that you plan to put into your car, both inside and out.

btw, do you know that there was a set of CF rims on display in the Tokyo Auto Salon? I read from somewhere they are going to hit the market soon.

Very nice intake. I'm thinking about picking one up myself!

Did someone say CF rims?

Dymag

I've actually seen and held these in person, they are very impressive. Unfortunately, I don't feel comfortable spending ~$2500 per wheel. Imagine curbing one of those?!

Like one of the guy said, "Girls spend $1,800 on a handbag, he bought a sickass JDM CF Intake, who cares.". Some will spend US$100k on a watch while others may feast up a $2,000 dinner for 2. To each it's own right? As long as you are happy spending the money, why bother.

I'll try to find the photos for you online.

EvolvedVIII,

The one I saw was in full CF materials, including the spokes.

You are right, I wouldn't imagine brushing those along the curbs...
