I thought they couldnt be used in usdm bumpers ?

There's a spot for them, but i think they will free spin. You have to mod it to keep it fixed in place.

Is there a solution to this tow hook issue yet?? I'm sure someone out there has a tow hook installed. Please share!

i am curious too otherwise i will develope one and start selling it. if anyone is interested on tow hook please pm meso i can have one made for my car and then if you guys like it i can make some for you also

if you're really keen on making the tow hook work, get the jdm crash beam. i'm not sure if it simply bolts on though, as no one has tried it. from what i've seen as well, the jdm crash beam is thinner than the usdm one. fitment issues abound? maybe.

I have the T1R tow hook on my car.. had to do some drilling on mine... you can also check out jd888jd he also got the hks tow hook on his...

well are taking the bumbers apart today and see what is under there and i will go ahead and make one protoype. Hopefully it will work out. thanks for your suggestion fellas....

well our shop has come up with a NO WELDING, NO CUTTING, NO DRILLING SOLUTION. HERE IS A LINK OF MY THREAD
this solution are for customer who want a simple and easy installation check it out. FINALLY DONE. however tow hook itself is on final stages.
