Random question...Are these wind deflectors meant for rain deflection as much as they are meant to deflect the wind? I travel a lot, and have always been into cars, but I've noticed in countries where it rains consistently people use wind / rain deflectors more vs. countries or areas like So. Cal US that does not get much rain.

Yea for both rain and wind... just so you can open your window about 1-2 inch.

i use it for those nice cool days, and its raining. So i can open teh windows 1-2 inches and not get wet. Save some gas w/o turning on the a/c.

And yes, the wheel lock was next to the jack in the trunk. Thanks!

Went to the dealer and told them about the deflectors. They looked at it, confirmed they did it wrong. F00kers said they couldn't do anything about it ATM, because they don't have another spare part. Mine was the first and only installation they did, and they didn't know anything about a clip or anything. Sigh... they said to call back on tuesday (it was friday) about this. OMG they better gimme RA taillights for this hassle...
