Removing the wing is a nightmare! I ended up buying a brand new Lancer trunk and putting my trunk and wing in storage. It's much cleaner and not that expensive.

Fishing string or floss would work. I just left my car out in the sun for a bit and started wiggling. Don't wiggle and pull up on the trunk too hard though. I sorta did that on my left side and it left like a dent coming upwards. Can barely tell though, no one has noticed it or anything, its extremely small.

Sorry for reviving this. Can some post a wingless evo with rexspeed trunk spoiler, preferably on different angle of the car.

Also, how's the fitment? Are they good? I just removed my wing and it looks really nice.

I removed my wing and my car felt unstable, brakes seemed less responsive in the rear, suspension was weird and car was wobbly down a snake road. Unless you intend on straight drag car go wingless for the times, otherwise i wouldnt bother imo.

i think it's one of the cleanest looks..planning on putting my trunk on soon and seeing how it feels driving aggressive but keeping my wing trunk for track

i took wing off recently and highway driving is different now. The sgteering is much looser now that the drag from the rear is gone. Somtimes I feel like the car is easier to drift now.
