I think the wingless options looks better with the small add on lip. Where are you guys buying the lip?

Has anyone done a study of road course times with and without the wing to see how much benefit the wing offers at the track?

If you are going to put the wing back on for track days, then a plug option is a must. Anyone have a good solution for plugs?

Finally can get the porkers off my ace

I got pulled over 5 times so far within a two month period. NEVER for speeding or anything.....just tint and exhaust..... I am pretty sure that the wing was a large cause of the hassle...Now I am a stealth EVO X. I love it and it is lighter. When I hit the track I will put it back on

It actually is a cf one, but painting something that small is very cheap.

most of the painted trunk lips that all of you are seeing are available from mitsu for about $220 painted.

+1 on that. I'd like to know this as well. My car is a DD first and will be a HPDE/ and potential AutoX car on a few weekends a year. I need to know how beneficial the wing is before I go wingless and keep it with a "plug and play" option, or go wingless period and get rid of the wing (sell) altogether.

Maybe someone like Ryan (BlackTrack) could chime in?

What wheels are those 7 spokes, WORK? What are the new split spokes? I like both sets.

Work XT7 (18x9.5) and AME TM02 (19x10.5)

Nice observation. I will be breaking that trend though.

If you want to go wingless but still want the down force look for a performance diffuser. I don't know what's on the market but it is a solution.
