Grillz!!!
Following the example set by some of my fellow Evo M'ers I went ahead and took the plunge... no more foglights...

I cant tell. Did you take out your front emblem or just black it completely out?

Removed the chrome that goes over the emblem, and it leaves a flat black mitsu emblem.

Not on mine, there was a hole in the left side diamond.


So I just painted the emblem flat black and silicon'ed it back on there

I need to delete my fogs, that looks so clean. Paint that A/C line black and you're set.

Yea, I'm not a fan of the fogs. The X definitely looks better without.

Funny how the grass on the other side of the fence is always greener. Most of us 02-03 lancer guys would kill to have fog lights, and you guys are taking em off...

Isn't that the truth. I'm just saying IMO that the X without the Fogs looks cleaner. Especially if you are saying with a central theme of blacking out the front grille area completely.

Oh i totally understand what you are saying, but because of not being able to actually have fogs on my car, i am a huge fan of them on any car. You always want what you cant have.

Yea man it definitely is. I tend to be a fan of them too. I definitely like my lancer with them.

yeah I love having fog lights (the function of them) it looks much cleaner without though I agree. looks even better with CF ducts.

That's hilarious, it's so true. When I had my 02 Lancer, I always wanted fogs. Now that I do have them, I never use them and I don't like the way they look.
