But like beetle said, if it's a show car then I guess it makes sense.

Man.....that's clean, real nice!! I was thinking about getting a carbon fiber shroud as well but I spent up all my money on wheels and engine upgrades..hopefully later I'll be able to roll clean and fast like that.

Off topic but ... does anyone know if theres is any difference between the colt speed and the gruppe M intake besides the price?
Engine bay does look quite nice, not flashy enough for my taste though. I like me some polished pipes

I like to keep my engine clean, lots of people like to look under the hood. I would like to get some carbon accents, but I always end up spending the $$ on things that make it go faster, stop quicker or turn harder

I think APR also has a carbon rad cover plate; the weave on the APR would match the engine cover way better, and you could use an AEM intake instead of the ColtSpeed for a similar look and performance also.

yea, the ColtSpeed/Gruppe M is definitely too expensive. This is a shop car, so the company paid for it
The AEM intake gives similar performance at a reasonable price. And like I said above, you could still get a similar all black engine bay using the AEM and the APR carbon rad cover plate. The engine cover itself is not that expensive.
