Vivid should actually spend more time getting their customer service **** straight rather than spending exorbitant amount of time on building magazine covers vehicles.
No doubt! There is a whole thread dedicated to the lousy service by this company/shop. So, I totally agree priorities are way off!

EDIT:
Google "Valdi Sport Test & Service Complete Front Bumper" and 6-7 results down there will be a link to a thread by Vivid with it for sale. Shows the bumper and other pieces that go with it before it's on the car.

"Valdi Sport Test & Service Complete Front Bumper..." from one of the links, and as mentioned, that part is a full bumper replacement.
EDIT:
