Funny ish but on the real tip after years of military service and being all over the world including Japan I can tell you that these JDM parts that are so charrished from these big named companies are some times knock offs from smaller companies with in Japan. Their are parts made at mom and pop size business that dont have the marketing power to get out main stream and your big power house companies invest in the design and or sometimes even steal it. So before you JDM guys start riding your high horse id watch the bragging cause your very expensive JDM part you bought could be a knock off from a baby company in Japan sold for pennies on the dolar and marketed to the US cause for some reason we buy ish like bride seats and tunks for thousands of dollars and in japan they can be had for next to nothing.
