I imported Sonax wheel cleaner from Germany after reading how well it works.
I, however, dont recommend it. Just like other wheel cleaners, you still have to scrub.
I've also used a product called RejeX on my wheels. Brake dust still sticks.

 

The Eagle 1 Keep Clean is like a teflon spray. You use this stuff after you clean your wheels. It does leave a hazy residue when its dry but you just wipe it off. I guess it kinda works for a few days and the wheel surface does feel super smooth

 

I've used that Eagle One stuff a few times. I usually clean my wheels with Maguires all wheel cleaner (purple bottle), dry then apply the Eagle One. It does haze up after drying, but I usually wipe it off. I like it and it does keep the brake dust off.

 

Have to try this stock pads dust more than my old Ferodo's did.
