Yes, you just plug it in to retain the adjustment. I believe that's correct..although I haven't done it myself but you just reroute the wire I believe. I haven't done the whole remove door panel thing yet

You couldn't be more right, I saw them colour matched and fell in love with them.

People seem to have mixed opinions on them but this is the look I wanted, it flows very well with the car and I believe you've to have a certain scheme/theme going to make it look right.

Car looks good. Much better than the truck-sized OEM mirrors.

Do you have any issues with wind noise or any whistling from wind? Reason I ask is I had ganadors on my Evo IX and they made so much noise that I took them off.
