Tomei Expreme Ti Exhaust

Just picked up the new Tomei Cat Back full titanium exhaust. I would like thank Jon at Vivid Racing for his help in sourcing this. Best part was that I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to source from Tomei since the current stock was recently sold out. Jon beat that time by three weeks and I was able to install over the weekend. This thing sounds so much better than my HKS legamax I cant even expain it. It is a little on the loud side, but there is no drone so far which is great. I havent installed the Ti test pipe I got as well but I dont plan on doing that for some time if at all. I will post installed pics hopefully tomorrow as the rain came in before I could get the camera out. For now, here are some pics before I installed. Check out the packaging. I wish all the exhausts I have bought in the past showed up this well packaged. Installed pics and video at the end.

Installed pics and sound clips to come. It raining here in the SF bay area but I am hoping for a break this afternoon or tomorrow. According to Tomei, this weighs 4.4Kg (~9.6 lbs), the test pipe is an additional 1.1Kg (~2.4 lbs).

If you want to hear it in person, let me know. It doesnt look like you are too far from me.

Dont count on that silencer doing much...it is pretty much a straight pipe. There is hardly any restriction at all (need to be careful washing the car because water can go straight to the cat now!). Looks like you and I will let all the other CA guys know if this was a bad idea for the street or not!

Nice. Cops seems to be drawn to single exit exhaust in CA. Love this exhaust.

I don't but it's not that bad on idle and if you aren't WOT, it's like most full systems out there. This is quite a popular exhaust tho, or getting there.

It's not a good idea for the CA streets period, & I don't even have the test pipe.
