Per the advice of others I would suggest getting a set of hubcentric rings. I got some cheap plastic ones off ebay for under ten buck. You might also need to roll your fenders depening on what tires size u go with and what suspension you have. I plan on getting mine put on this weekend.

The X's dont need ring they fit on the hub perfect, if your going to run stock suspension you'll need to roll your rear and ill rub a little in the front at full lock.

10.5" with 245/40/18 = too much stretch. It's 1" beyond spec for the tire..

Can you.....yes. Should you, no. There are a few pictures around here that show the 10.5 and stock tire. It's a pretty extreme stretch.

Your better options are to get the 18x9.5 and run the stock tire (still not optimal but better than the 10.5) or get your 18x10.5 and get a 265/275 tire. If your stock tires have lots of meat left on them, you can always sell them.

Good luck.

They are 18x9.5 +15, Star Specs 275/35-18, Swift Spec R springs, rolled rear fenders, -1.5 front and -1 rear camber

This is the exact set up I want to run on my X but wasn't sure how 275 Star Specs would fit.

Thanks man. Cheers.
I'll see what I can do for ya tomorrow dude as far as those pics go. In my opinion they fit perfect, the wheel is still inside the tire as opposed to the 10.5" setups and it is agressive without requiring major work or rubbing on my Swift Spec R

Yes you will have to roll the fenders on Eibachs if you're running a decent tire like a 265 or larger width. You might even have to on a stock sized tire depending on which brand you run in a 245.
