Hey I plan on buying a set of Torques in the spring, so I'm no Rota hater and Wheeldude has always been very helpful and informative. I don't think it is criticism to mention the obvious - that Rotas are design knockoffs of top JDM brands. That's their business model after all and they sure are effective at it - and not at all shy about it.

Im sorry to say, but this is not a TE37 vs Grid situation. Enkei is already an affordable name brand. I wouldnt buy a replica Enkei when I could get the real thing for a few pennies more.
Exactly.

You buy a 30K+ car and can't afford an extra $200 for the real deal?...come on.

I'm a supporter of Rota, but in this instance I can't understand why you'd go with them.

We're coming out with these wheels in a couple of months. We're still working on the most aggressive offset for Evos in order to clear Brembos. Watch our for it.

How much extra would the spacer cost to get a nice looking set of nt03s on my car? If the price is right I might pick up a set of these especially since I really wouldn't want to run spacers but like the look of the wheel. I'm sure alot of people are in the same boat as me. Can't wait to see more pics.

Can you make a replica of the AME's? Or maybe some VIP wheels.

Or if all else fails a replica of the XXR's?

If Rota can make an NT03 knockoff with offsets that avoid spacers... now that would be something.

Yes we're trying to get wheels with offsets that don't need spacers.
