Since i live in an apartment, I take it to a DIY car wash place down the road from me. Washed my engine there and all. If it's not busy, you can spend all kinds of time in the bay and do the interior and all. I dry with a microfibre cloth

I also use...

Mother's clay bar kit
Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax
Armor All Extreme Tire Shine Gel
Mother's Back to Black for outside trim and engine hoses
Mother's polish
and an armor all interior gel....can't remember what it's called.

power wash the tough stuff off at home then bring it to a touch free car wash, but never seems to be 100% takes hrs to get close to perfect. damn rims need cleaned once a week thoroughly.

Wash it yourself! If your ****, do what i do..

2 buck wash method with grit guards in a 5 gallon bucket (One to rise mitt and one for soap)
Car soap of choice
Foam gun (Optional)
Two microfiber wash mitts (Wash top to bottom, one mitt for top half and the other for the bottom half)
1 or 2 Microfiber towel to dry or sometimes I use a leaf blower
Detail Spray of choice
Wax (2-3 times a year)

I stay away from brush carwashes because the brushes are usually dirty/messed up and stay away from touchless because the chemicals are pretty harsh and will strip your wax off.
