Great Pickup! I have been eyeing this bumper on bulletproof auto's site for a while, but not in my budget for now. Cant wait to see pics of it on the car!

Besides the front and rear bumper and some coilovers for a more flush stance, I'm not doing much of anything to the exterior. Lots of USDM internals and power parts are going into this thing.

Yup, it was already dead. Someone hit it and it decided to die in the middle of the fast lane so I could run it over. I'm sure it has some JDM carbon fiber bits in its flesh now. You know in Japan deer are sacred? I'm going to JDM hell now.

If you really look at it you can see that they aligned the weave patterns at the cuts. On my other cf pieces the weave looks strange where they have to bend it or something. So perhaps cnj is right about them doing it to make it look better, or maybe I got shafted. I'm not a JDM elitist who will try to defend Varis and all things JDM, so all I can say is "whatever".

They are perfectly fine and will be on sale later this week. I'll PM you when I make the FS thread.

I dropped the car and bumper off today at the paint shop. It should be done by Thursday. I'm keeping the center part matte black.

One interesting thing I found out today at the paint shop was that my paint is not actually a pearl? I have phantom black. He pulled the code on the computer and said it isn't. It's just a metallic paint.
