Akuma Motorsports new shop EvoX

We are a new vendor here on EvolutionM, however we have been in the industry for quite some time. We recently traded our 08 Sti time attack car for a 2010 Mitsubishi EvoX, in hopes to break into the Evo market more then we already have. Originally the plan was to keep it simple, something that could be a true test to both street driving but double as a good handling car on the track. Needless to say those plans changed fast and we went from something simple, to a car with a built motor with full bolt ons! I'll post regularly in this thread to show the progress of the build. Enjoy!

2k miles on the car, and my boss decides he wants a built motor for the car to compliment the FP-black. The car is still brand new at this point!!

Cosworth internals (pistons, rods, bearings, arp studs, new gasket kit, etc etc)

We decided to change the exhaust up a bit and go with something a little different.

Correct, built 2.0L. We didn't stroke it because we weren't ready to sleeve the block.

Agreed! I have the JIC Spartan DE type 1 titanium on my wrx and it had the taper. I had it cut out and used a slip on flange to replace it because I didn't want it to be a restriction. The tomei one isn't that bad, and the styling sure does make up for it.

I need to find the photo you guys posted in our thread! Our calipers are getting sent out next week and we are going to throw the new girodisc rotors on. I can't wait!!

Rota Torque R 18x9.5 +20

They're temporary for now. We plan on getting a set of forge line or CCW's for this car come spring time.
