Im a bit confused as to how these will add more clearance for wheels?

They seem very shallow and by the looks of it dont seem to extend up very high begging the question how will a tire fit under there under compression?

I just don't understand why Voltex can't take the time and resources doing these useless projects and instead adjust their side skirts from the CT9A for the X. Otherwise, just installing the front lip looks incomplete.

It actually works with the new 2010 side skirts (OEM).

I've contemplated just going with that, but was hoping they'd show stuff at TAS '11. So that might be the only option with that lip.

I'd recommend it. We had one customer stop by a year ago and we dry-fitted one to his 2010. It looked perfect.

And hurry up with the wide body front and rear fenders instead of this cheap option.

I think the edge is too....pointy? Needs to come down/be flat. Check out the flares below...and yes I know it's not a car but still.

Just my 2 cents.

"My visit to America was fruitful. I returned with these great fender flares from a store called "Pep Boys" It's like Super Autobacs but everything was chrome and there was this Tazmanian Devil cartoon character on all the floor mats"

That looks so cheap. Why don't they just go all out and make a widebody kit instead of this half *** attempt? I bet they're going to charge excessive amounts of money for something that looks mainly cosmetic.

Many people are really taking away from the content said in the main thread. This isn't something definite, only a 'test'. Designing and producing an actual widebody for the Evo 10 takes a good amount of time. Seeing how the car is already quite wide, I'm sure they are going to wait a bit on considering something of that stature.

Looks like garden edging from Home Depot.

Should look more like this IMHO
