welding titanium is arduous. the material is very finicky, you have to prep everything properly else you will f the raw materials up.. i.e. clean the crap out of everything free of any oils, etc... then there is the whole brittle factor of the metal during welding.. the cut and weld job on the neck to the muffler canister is a work of art... damn must have the taken fabricator forever to finish that single piece.

the only thing is ARC did what Tomei did.. they bottlenecked the flange to the Cat.. sigh.. oh well. still an amazing piece.. good job LVS.

I guess tomei does a great job prepping everything properly b/c the welds are so much cleaner!

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. I have linked up a video clip on the first post.

This exhaust weighs in at 8kg, less than half the weight of stock exhaust and comparable to other titanium exhaust system on the market. The titanium grading is similar to the ones you see on a high end bike exhaust, quality is second to none.

Piping diameter is 80mm with quiet muffler design, just like the Blitz Nur Spec DT that I`m currently running. Full review to follow!

IMO it looks nicer than it sounds. I thought it would be different (more aggressive sounding), but to me, it really didn't sound like anything. Maybe it's the video?? Regardless, enjoy.

Good luck finding one since ARC filed for bankruptcy yesterday and has halted production and sales. Hopefully you can find a vendor with one in stock, but be ready to pay a high premium.
