TE37SL have material removed on the rear of the spokes and material machined away by the lug nut/center cap area for overall reduced wheel weight.. you know for SUPER LAP battling.
because the beleveled edge near the centercap hole is removed, you can't fit the normal Volk centercap in there. nothing to press into and hold the rubber seal/ring..
